No. It's had Colchester's win against Sheffield United but there have been occasional updates from Canvey. I see the Accy final score is 0-2.

Looks like Tamworth have drawn at Stoke so that might be a welcome distraction for them on Tuesday.

What a day, Cav scoring from open play? and Mullers on target again. Who cares if Exeter won, as long as we win and probably take 6 points from the 2 games in hand, we will go up. I am almost starting to pinch myself believing this could be our year. Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't JC state he wanted us to be a football league team after 3 years maximum. Methinks the Lambs might be a little tired after their exertiions at Stoke today, maybe we can take a little shine of their performance and take 3 points for the first time at their gaff

what a strange day! Cav scoring from OPEN PLAY?!?
MULLIN scoring with his left foot (didnt know he had one!) from 12 yards! (longest range strike all season from him!)

quality stuff :D

There're some nice things being said about Stanley on the Canvey forum. A number of them are saying that we're the best team they've played this season and that they hope we win it.

Seem like a nice bunch.

I'm very proud of Stanley's performance and I'm even more proud of our wonderful Supporters who made that journey.
So sorry that I couldn't join them.
They're marvellous.

It could have turned very nasty today, both sets of supporters were given the freedom of the ground and the Canvey fans moved into the stanley fans area, banging drums and singing.

It was a credit to both sets of fans that despite the confusion, (as the stanley fans did not realise that they were welcome then take over our end).

Both sets of fans shared the same end and tried to out sing each other. (it hurt my ears)

There was a mutual respect and honesty that comes from an understanding and feel for non league football.

Good Luck in the League Stanley, the Conference will not miss you, however we will miss your supporters.

(Canvey Supporter)
