Praise from Kidderminster - Official

Mick Schultz (ASFC Safety officer) has just shown me a letter from his counterpart at Kidderminster who praises the aprox 250 stanley fans for there behaviour and friendliness. Not one single cause for concern or problem.

So pat on back time everyone :)

We popped into The Harrier Arms after the game for a quick pint and all the Kiddy fans were wishing us luck for next season, i thought they were a great bunch of fans themselves, just how football fans should be towards each other, a bit of a crack during the game then leave it at that.

We got the same treatment on the way to and from the ground and were utterly gobsmacked! Would definitely go back to the Kiddy ground just for the Snack Bar (when Kiddy get promoted, of course ;) ).

Yeah, the snack bar was something to behold! The choice was fantastic and made a change from cold pies, etc.

The people who provide the burnt burgers and boiled sausages should hang their heads in shame.

I was talking about the stuff sold at the IES.

3 Harriers fans pre-match in the King and Castle:

'They'll struggle to get decent gates in the league'

'They're too close to Liverpool'

'And there's Tranmere nearby as well'

I just carried on with drinking my pint of Enville.

Do you think that Mick would have received a similar letter if Kidderminster had lost , though ?
Cynical ? Moi ? ;)

Nevertheless, I came to support Non-League Football for the very qualities of camaraderie and mutual respect which you've just reported, Kipax.

I sincerely hope that, despite Stanley's elevation to League Two, we'll be able to retain those qualities and promote them at every possible opportunity.

Someone praises us and all you can do is insult them :(
