Think it's inevitable that as the club becomes more successful, various individuals will jump on the bandwagon with signed programmes, shirts etc. However, any dodgy looking merchandise such as badges, T-shirts, clocks etc should be reported to the club. The name Accrington Stanley has actually been registered as a trademark by the club, giving them the option of taking action against those who use the name on certain products without permission.

I report all dodgy items I see on ebay to the club who where appropriate do contact the seller.. I myself have had various items removed in the last few months that contained pictures I had taken.

They cant stop certain things.. signed stuff is hard to stop and yes poeple are cashing in. Inevitable.

Your original post made it look like some people at the club where up to no good hence the responses you decide to ignore :)
