Yeah Yeah!!! Seriously guys we're just starting out and we need as many 16 + year olds to turn up to the trials we'll be holding in the next few weeks. We're looking to take on about 22 players in all.

I figure even the lonely and sad ones of you know at least 2 women, so get them told so that they can tell other people!!! We want this to be as successful as possible and bring in some good publicity for the club as well.

so tell your wives, girlfriends, sister etc and get them to tell their friends. I'll post any updates as regards trials times and where etc after the weekend.

Please guys and gals lets make stanley ladies as big of a success as possible and a credit to the stanley name.

I just really want to reiterate what Sarah has said, we do want this team to be a great success!

We start matches from the 3rd September and they will be played at Moorhead High School and we will be in the LFA Lancashire League Division 2 against the likes of Wigan Ladies, Barnoldswick Barons and local derbies with Accrington Girls and Ladies.

The publicity over the next few days we hope is going to pick up both on the radio, websites and printed media. Good man, regular updates will be made available through the website and we will be playing our home games at moorhead high school 2pm on sundays. the fixture list will be made available when we recieve it!
