Fair enough, wasnt being facetious and I realise that sometimes new fans can see things from a different perspective and Danny as I said is a decent player. Phil Edwards though is probably the best and most versatile of our defenders as he's more than capable of playing anywhere across the back line - don't know if you've seen him play yet

Ah, so you didn't see him last season then, when he gave the ball away with monotonous regularity? If he can improve this aspect of his game he should be considered for first choice, but not yet!
