described as looking like cat weasle if you remember him, you know the one who didn't like "electwisity" :)

I remember him well one of my favourite programs at the time, but was it not "electrickery"

The guy I was thinking of is Carl from Ossy, very eccentric and always ****ed, great character though, totally harmless/funny:) :)
If I saw a pic would be able to confirm straight away.

Could have been electrickery - No it wasn't Carl, I was going to ask if thats who you meant, similar type of character though.
I once see him in the new inn in Ossy, he was wearing bermuda shorts, a lampshade for a hat and had a bright orange oilskin jacket on (the plasticy waterproof type) when questioned by someone he said " I get ready to go out prepered for any weather, if the sun shines too bright thats what the lampshade was for, isn't that why they make them" the fella didn't ask him any more questions :)

We spotted him him on the CCTV sweeps, he certainly gave us and the coppers a bit of a laugh in the control room.

What a muppet! I know we need more supporters but come on. The sign said "Accrington Stanley f c" but according to my eagle eyed mate it said "more tea vicar" on the other side.
