Give up TM, OK I accept that number will be more Squadron strength but it’s the spirit that counts. We had to believe for 44 years in impossibilities but the Club won out and proved the dissenters and everyone else wrong. I accept that that lesser teams are ****ing on us at the moment but we can’t continue to let that happen, we can’t go much further down so the only viable direction is up.

I will pass a word back in the hope that it meets Eric’s and John’s hears. Grass roots football please with a bit of grunt and determination, don’t hope for luck, make the lads make their own. Eric, it’s cold outside, if we can’t have a roof, how about some free ale at the Clayton End and a spit roast to keep us warm.
