Anyone got any news on possible JANUARY signings???

Why???? would have thought a few defenders were top priority. We are the top scorers in the division, but we are the leakiest defence in the whole division as well. So defenders it is although cover for McGivern would be welcome.

It make you wonder what could have been had we had a tight defence from the outset. I would agree with you there Ozzy. I’d like to see someone in to cover McGivern that can equal the lads grunt and enthusiasm. Maybe we can get Boco back on the field for the Bury game.

I reckon we should try and keep Joe Jacobson and try Shaun Whalley up front with Mully, at least while we have these current injuries. Joe played a blinder yesterday and he would make a go permanent additon to the squad

Agreed worst defence tells its own story!!
I do agree with Coley tho we are defending bad as a team!!
To me yesterday to many times were the defence exposed and ran at from midfield!!!!!!!
Any one heard if MANNIX may be back on loan????

To put it into perspective, we have scored one more goal than division leaders Walsall but conceded 28 more !!! I think that tells its own story !:eek:

Mannix told me that he was hoping to come back in january. But it will depend on a lot of other factors too...

What are the other factors???
I saw on the liverpool website that he should be fit for early jan so he looks as if he will still want to get games and he looked great against grimsby, albeit that was his only game!!!
