I see the tannoy as a way of broadcasting important news (team line-up, etc) and playing a little background music. It's not the main entertainment. It was like being at a rock concert yesterday. Keep that up and I'll be snipping the wires myself!!! :D |
Re: Big dispaly of support tomorrow?
Totally agree with most of these points. I brought a friend with me yesterday who has only been a couple of times before. Said he felt blasted, deafened and invaded and will certainly think twice before he comes again! Somebody please tell the DJ guy before he really starts to have a detrimental effect on the arrendances.

Re: Big dispaly of support tomorrow?
the only way for not to have a detrimental effect on attendances is to play better........

Re: Big dispaly of support tomorrow?
I thought the Ultras display on Saturday was superb - really impressive - well done chaps (and chapesses).
Could I be bold enough to suggest that we up the tempo of the drumbeat a little though. I don't know if it was down to the lack of spark on the pitch, but it did seem a bit like the funeral march at times. Before I get bombarded with abuse from the stickmen, it's genuinely constructive criticism. |
