I'm keeping a promise
 

One chilli Sunday morning around 2.30,while I was on here following the mighty Stanley,and hanging out the window having a 'good-luck' fag in the blind hope that our communial 'light-ups' would inspire the fellas to score,I said to myself ; "If we stay up,I will give up smoking".Well we have ,so I have just rolled my second last ciggy.(I will have one more after the kids footy training tonight as I will probably need one:D ).Then thats that.
Oh Mighty Stanley,you shall have to survive next season and/or contend for promotion without the aid of my tar filled lungs.

So no more smokes for me. My missus thanks all at Stanley for staying up thus extending my life- and I do too.

Best of luck in stopping smoking John...............just hope that next season Stanley can keep pushing for the top half of the table...

Well a promise is a promise so means will have to lucky smoke for ya when listening to the radio & will have to pace myself out at the ground & bite nails instead :eek:
