England squad announced.
 

No stanley players in the main squad for the National Game X1 for the forthcoming tournament in scotland.

However Jon Kennedy and Peter Cavanagh are in the reserve squad.

A bit dissappointing that or lads aren't in the main squad but they still have a chance if anyone gets injuries.

Update on the squad:-

Burton Albion's captain Darren Stride has turned down his place in the squad as he wants a break from footall and a chance to rest his long standing groin injury. He will be taking a family holiday instead.

Also Burton Albions Andy Ducros who is in the reserve squad could also miss out with a groin injury.

Unfortunately neither of these injuries gets a stanley player into the squad.:(
