Minute's Silence
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the club and, in particular, Rob Heys, for the programme notes and organising the minute's silence observed at the game with Burnley yesterday. It was very much appreciated.

Re: Minute's Silence
The other was for a young lady named Emma Kate Greenhalgh–Yates who is next to my mother in law at Accrington Cemetry she was only 29.

Re: Minute's Silence
I was pleased to be able to participate on the minute's silence for Paul. I was at school with him and played in the footy team with him. He was a strong character and, as I recall, especially strong in the tackle! Well done to both sets of supporters

Re: Minute's Silence
OMG I knew Emma quite well years ago, I heard somewhere that the minutes silence was for Paul and Emma but I assumed Emma was the person who had requested the minutes silence.
God speed to both of you. |
Re: Minute's Silence
Supporters at the Clayton end will probably recall Emma as the lady in the pink coat. She had no wish to draw attention to herself but her mum had bought the coat for her so...

Re: Minute's Silence
My condolences to all concerned. It's always a very sad time.
Were you the bloke who stood with Emma Qualtrough? |
