I think it's hard to judge until we know exactly how many points are being deducted and from how many teams.

If we get any injury problems, we're struggling already. The squad's far too thin for this level.

I personally think we may improve on last season and may just miss out on the promotion play offs, however, it will not matter a jot unless we get the extra (covered) seating, if we don't then it does not matter how many points other teams lose for going into administration we are down - no questions

I dont envisage much change tbh, unless miracles happen or the squad dramactically improve.

Just checked with t'Fishy site, 12 players, including Paul Carden, hadn't realised it was that bad.

I'm all for keeping the opposition guessing but ............

They do normally announce squad numbers before the season starts, don't they?

Nowt like building tension up, is there? :)

People talking about improving on last season are living in a dream world. The only thing that can save us this season (unless there are more signings and I can't see it happening) are the points deductions of other clubs.

Football League are meeting this evening to decide Rotherham's and Bournemouth's fate, probably over a fine claret.
Announcement tomorrow morning. [Source - The Lincolnshire Echo ..... don't ask]

Another struggle.Whats with all the points being deducted?Teams know the rules re illegible players etc....how can they be stupid enough to get themselves in that situation?I know it may be to Stanleys advantage (unless they get clobbered for the Bury conspiracy)for teams to be deducted points but it does seem to happen every season to more teams than ever.Never heard of it happening(or rarely) 20-30 years ago.

Wish I could say different but I reckon it's gonna be another big struggle for us this season, with the small squad we have - any serious injuries and we're snookered.
