But was it merely my anxiety-fuelled imagination that made me wonder if there was a slight shift in the body-language displayed by JC and JB yesterday afternoon ?...Was I the only one to feel a slight air of despondency and ennui drifting from the Home Dugout ?. OR....did the low-key nature of the game fail to awaken their usual passions??
OR am I once again looking for signs that don't really exist ?..
But then it was the first game of the season !..Ah well !.

Hells bells after last night we should ALL believe!!!:):)

I'm embarassed to say I missed Watford + Wolves, BUT that was the best I've ever seen the Reds play against higher opposition.

King Coley and Prof Bell yet again produce at team of committed, talented guys who give 110% effort to overcome alleged "better" opposition!!

Where to start?? 1st half could have had 3 goals; why was Ray's header off side?? It came off their keeper? Their goal was a bazaar own goal, at least 3 deflections. Then Coley makes TWO clever subsitutions and all of a sudden different game. DJ scores from a tight angle, Craig scores the winner. And how did their centre half not get sent off???

What can you say about our FANtastic fans???? Words for once fail me; LOUD and PROUD

MOM All of our boys + THE FANS, but special mention to Sean H (old head when needed) Phil (body on the line at vital times) Craig ( lead the line well) Ray (everywhere!) Sean ( run his socks off)

Northampton here we come!!:p
