Unsung Heroes
 

Although its been well documented by the media of players and staff not getting payed on time,lets not foreget the Unsung Heroes ie Mick Lew Buzzer,Martin and everone else at the club which make up the back room staff who all like the players had to wait for wages and keep the club ticking along,and all to come out of this still a member of the stanley team,when meany would have walked,lets not forget all have bills of some sort to pay like you and i.I for one Appreciate all and thank them for staying put.. :)

I believe the expression is "salt of the Earth", those who just quietly get on with doing what needs to be done without fuss or fanfare, the shadow folk who flit along in the background making sure things are "just so" or "at the right place at the right time".

They don't make the headlines & they're not sung about from the terraces, but they are equally important in the mundane day to day life of the Club ensuring that things happen, well done Mab for highlighting the fact, to you all, you shadow folk, thank you ! :)

again mab a magnificent shout and thank you so much for all of those who get no plaudits let alone wages for everything that you have done and endured but have allowed people like myself to wear a huge smile for such a long time....thank you
