Trialists Who Slip Through The Net

Just been reading an article about Keiron Westwood who has signed for Sunderland.

Says in the article he was turned down by Stanley in 2004.

Black Cats new boy has copped perfect move (From The Northern Echo)

Anybody know any others who have trialed with Stanley and eventually gone on to bigger clubs

Not stanley but I remember zidane being refused at Blackburn !
