Going to Rochdale, or not?
Well Michael Symes isn't ................:p
"Leyton Orient have completed the signing of Mathieu Baudry and Michael Symes following their release by League One rivals AFC Bournemouth. Defender Baudry, 24, and striker Symes, 28, have both signed two-year deals at Brisbane Road. "Michael is a clever front man with good technical ability and a natural finisher," said boss Russell Slade. "I think he can achieve more than he has done in his career to date with the ability he's got and I'm sure he can show that for us here." Symes, who scored 11 goals in 43 games during his two seasons with the Cherries, spent the second half of last season on loan at Rochdale" Kevin Long (unlikely), Sunbeds :o, Sean McStockportCounty :(? Bobby? :) Jimmy? :D Any bets? |

Mind you, it might all depend on where his girlfriend is now; wasn't that why he went to Bournemouth in the first place? :D |

Re: Going to Rochdale, or not?
Benefit Game and October 6th could be interesting…….
I wonder what the record is for the highest number of ex-Stanley Players a team has fielded against us ???? |

I dont know what it would be Football League wise, but back in the North West Counties type of era it was pretty common place to see whole swathes of ex-players. Eric Whalley was notorious for taking entire teams with him, or bringing them in our case. After winning 3 promotions in a row with Clitheroe he brought pretty much his first XI when he came to manage us. |
Re: Going to Rochdale, or not?
Disappointing about Kev Mc :( , but it was always expected I suppose :(
