What formation would everyone use if they was a manager of a side like stanley??

depends who we are playing playing leigh shud be 4 3 3 but playin barnet 4 4 2

the 4-5-1 has worked against the better clubs but 4-4-2 when we can handle it.

i think we should play 10, 10, 10, at the moment, might give us a chance against anybody lol

3 2 2 3 is a personal favorite of mine, but it depends on the opposition, last 20 minutes 1-0 down i would play 3 2 2 3 if we were winning, the same formation i started with against a better side i would play a defensive 4 4 2 if we had wingers against a poor side i would play a wing 4 4 2 formation, against a rubbish side like leigh i would have played the aeroplane

Why not the christmas tree formation seeing its getting that time of year coley may decieded to go "au de noel" on us but what ever he deicedes its up to him and at the moment im 100% behind the man

I think a 5-3-2 with wing backs could suite stanley as we have 3 excellent centre mid-fielders.

yeah but our defence is lacking so we dont have enough quality for five at the back and also then we wouldnt have to important wingers that we all crave

the game isn't about systems, its about players, you dont make a formation to fit the rubbish AHEM! i mean players you've got, you get players to fit your game
