Coley about to get the chop?

Dale fan in peace! How's Leam Richardson doing as boss? Coley may want his old job back!

FansNetwork/RochdaleAFC.com - Forum | Training cancelled tomorrow by MightyScouse

This 'MightyScouse' poster has appeared in the last few days and appears to be in the know with regard to goings on within the playing/managerial side of the club. He started off with claims of unprofessionalism from Coley and Bell, unrest, dressing room bust ups etc. Talk of Coleman taking an unauthorised trip to Dubai (presumably to see his daughter) have surfaced, and appear to be close to the truth. This latest thread suggests Coley may be on his way if he has indeed been summoned for a meeting with the board.

Of course you may not give a toss what happens, but just thought it may be of interest to some. I wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts.

Correct. But if he does go, I believe the Chesterfield manager may be a suitable replacement.:)

interesting reading there forum, but wouldnt read much into half the stories, indeed, someone in the know says Deans going there in the summer!!,.
Coleys management style is unique and very effective.
He creates a seige mentality, which suited Acci down to a tee.
He wants players who will die for the cause, and wont accept anything less,no matter how good they are.
Maybe there are players who dont buy into it at Rochdale, probably those who arent playing, but in reality, they are a decent team and got a good chance of the play-offs.
I dont know for sure, but my guess is he has been asked to reduce the playing budget and consolidate this season and build for next year.
Supporters who have tasted success wont like this, but the true fans will.
Look at Burys model, they are in trouble again!!.
On attendences, not a lot bigger than Acci, supporters should lower there expectations and get behind the team

Never really sure whether having the chairman's backing is good or bad news for a manager.
