True it could also cost us dearly wi injuries/suspensions etc, when survival is our main objective n therefore if yer getting sod all whilst semi-finals to my mind it aint worth the risks.

Guess the only incentive for the 'minnows' is gate money from matches against Premier League teams. But if the clubs share it, then, financially, Stanley might have preferred the game in Cardiff?
Otherwise it does seem like a potentially risky venture, if any players pick up an injury, for no guarantee of income.

Well Morecambe are certainly going to make a bomb on their televised match with the Barcodes, plus they will have a sell-out crowd of 5000+. They fancy their chances too although Podge has already found his best position with them. On the bench.

Just heard on Radio Lancs.Stanley could be without six players for tomorrow nights game JB may have to name himself as a sub.
