He should either sign up to the Stanley or shut up! Have other clubs shown interest yet been met by the same attitude i wonder?

Bit harsh the fact you seem to enjoy the fact that JC is on the dole. Don't you think we should be grateful for everything he done for us

I don't think anyone suggested that they 'enjoy the 'fact' that JC is on the dole; if indeed he is. Your admiration for the contribution of Stanley's former manager is understandable but don't get over-sensitive about it.

Without doubt I am in full agreement with you as you would be with me if you knew what I know.

And if we don't know what you know, we maybe aren't in full agreement. But if we know a bit of what you know, we could be in partial agreement. And if you know what I know, you probably still wouldn't be in agreement with me. So glad we have cleared that up.:D:D:D

Sorry to go off topic. Back to who this thread is about. I think Franny needs to pipe down his tweets however i cant help but think we could do with his goals and all round ability as at the moment we arent quite creating enough

Perhaps he's referring to the fact that Stanley seem to be finding it difficult to hit the back of the net. You've heard the saying he couldn't score in a ............:)

Then he could of excepted a very good offer by Stanley's standards instead of holding off for better offers that never came!

Maybe if he put as much effort into playing football as he does ranting on Twitter, things would be fine:rolleyes:

Re: Francis Jeffers

So I know we dont know whats gone on. But if the problem is he waited to see if he could get more money, then I don't think that should be a big issue at all. Personally, I would do that. As, lets be honest, Stanley won't have offered him shed loads of cash - we just don't have it and he is too injury prone for it to be worthwhile.

If he is now willing to play for us on the money we offered doesn't it also show that it was the right offer? He couldn't find anyone else willing to pay more and shows that he was wrong and we were right. It'd actually a case of him swallowing his pride and coming and playing for us, which it seems he wants to do.

There is absolutely nothing for us to lose and everything for us to gain. Seems a no brainer to me.

Finally on loyalty and whether his heart is in it etc. He's a pro footballer, he has had it drilled in to him from an early age about high standards on the field and in his training. There'd be no doubt that he'd give his all to fire us up the table.

Perhaps the problem is what he actually said when the club made the offer? I certainly aint sure n nor are you? But theres a lot of little birds fly around!;)

Re: Francis Jeffers

Unlike a few on here, I don't know anything. But it all seems more like a schoolyard tiff over who picks who for whose team than how a professional club and a professional player should go about things.
Why don't Stanley just offer to pay the man for every goal he scores, and he can get on with what some seem to think he does best?

Sorry if I sound ignorant, but how many goals has Jeffers scored since he signed for Stanley
