Ninth consistent season in League 2

Out of our rivals this coming season i don't think any have been there longer than Stanley?

Correct. Since you ask, including the coming season, Morecambe have been with us for 8, Barnet, Bury, Dagenham, Shrewsbury, Torquay and Wycombe for 7, and Rochdale and Chesterfield for 6. Morecambe's 8 have been consecutive, the others have all had breaks.

What a fantastic achievement from Stanley, even more so when you consider it is achieved by banding together players which clubs with bigger budgets have rejected or overlooked, each year we struggle to avoid the dreaded drop, each year the players defy the odds and pull it out of the bag, bravo Stanley
