Is the game on?

Bit of travel advice. If you normally come through Clayton go back through Harwood & Rishton then along Dunkenhalgh Way. The roadworks mean you will probably miss the first half otherwise.

Am I alone in finding this latest line trying to wind up Dav (a) becoming boring and (b) bordering on the offensive?

Thankfully Dav appears not to be taking the bait on this occasion. I much prefer not having to wade through post after post of personal abuse when I come on here.

I thought after Northampton that this particular hatchet had been buried.

Grump over :)

we have traveled to an away game together and had several hours of conversation and it is only a bit of ribbing and DAV gives plenty and can stand up for himself, so if you find it offensive I suggest you get a life.....(rant over)xxx

I wouldn't worry about DAVO, Chimer, he's read worse and has a hide like a rhino. I've only met him once at Oxford so can't say what other things he has in common with a rhino, although he is a big lad!
Maybe after a good performance tonight we all might be able to get back to commenting on the game.:)

Re: Hartlepool Match Thread

Not worried about Davo, he's annoyed me often enough with his own windups. Just bored by the endless repetition of the same tasteless jokes ......

Going under 1000 takes a bit of the shine off a great result. Was it a rough night weather-wise up north?
