You Stanley legends

The Accrington Stanley family is one of the most friendly and welcoming in football. Fact.

Thought i'd post this blog link as it is in part a massive thank you to every Stanley fan Emma and i have ever met on our travels.
Your friendship and warmth have helped to put my friend back together again after a terrible moment in her life - and it seemed fitting to post this now, when another Stanley family member in Kal Naismith is having a horrible time of it.

If ever there is a group of players and fans to help him it is you.

Hope to see some of you down at Pompey on 13th Dec. Can't wait.

You bloody legends

I'm struggling for words after reading that. I hope and pray that the future will continue to be bright for the two of you (and for Dan!)

Cashy's heraldic coat of arms bears the Latin motto 'Nil Illigiitimae Carborundum' This translates to ' Dpn't let the bastards grind you down'

Emotional and powerful reading. Overwhelmed that our little club can be part of something so significant.

Another wonderful, if somehat tearful, read!
The parallel story of Dan's injury and Emma's terryfying experience and their slow but sure recoveries is a reassuring reflection on the power of the human spirit. Although there are some despicable, sinful acts still perpertrated by 'human beings', it is so good to read about how true and meaningful friendships can restore normality to peoples lives.
So well written.......
Good luck to Dan in the rest of his football career and to Emma as she continues her return to normality!

The whole world should read this!!!!
