Is this just a random act of madness or is there some reason for it?

Don't get why.Do they think 45 minutes will really seem that much different on the journey they have to make?

Why play Exeter on a friday night in the first place,Not meany city fans will make the trip up! Last season 120 fans made the trip and that was a saturday. i had to look twice about the 7pm ko time.

Presumably they are doing it all in a day, saving on overnight hotel bills. Think thats the reason you see a few Friday night games with the away team being distant

Is it a HR issue?

Don't the PFA mandate if the players are not expected to be back by a certain time then they are entitled to accommodation?

Could it be Exeter have planned ahead, have discovered some major road closures which normally start at midnight, and want to try and get past them?

Major road closures usually start at 9pm or 10pm. I would have thought you knew this DAV, as you tell us that you are a much-travelled man.

Round and round and round and round Liverpool, they don't do major road work in Liverpool as all the signs end up in the scrapyard!!!
