Meself i would play Windass who when he came on yesterday, i thought was the most dangerous we looked, Proccy i would leave out, always gives 100%, but is far too slow. and would probably play Carver oer Gray who as per usual was on his ass when he came on, a tactic that needs coaching out of him imho.

conneely is a midfield player, don't forget its only pre season for him,so he's not match fit,, plus remember his only football in england was for alfreton town

So why play him yesterday...and leave Hunty and Lidds out, bloody stupid and amateurish .....the Crooks syndrome again.Coley should stick to what he's good at Drinking and Gambling.

A change in player attitude and approach from the dismal to enthusiastic effort would please me !.
Eight points from the Play-off positions.......Seven points from the drop into Soccer oblivion, so some change IS needed !....via more relevant and inspired coaching ???.

Agree Cashman.
He hasnt looked the same player since his return, no wonder he couldnt get near the 1st team at Bury.

Vs AFC I would do the following

*Drop Atkinson who has ben dreadful for a while now
*Put Winnard at centre back
*Under no circumstances play Conneely at left back
*Drop Proctor
*Give Carver a start, while he probably isnt good enough for league 2 he does put himself about and thats exactly what our formation needs. Plus while Gray is a good finisher, he doesnt have alot else to offer and is better used as an impact sub.
Until we can find a better striker, Carver should be given a chance.

Nonsense. How many games do you actually go to?

Rather than attack a forum contributor, please explain your view point.

Your better than that revivied red, now please explain your position.

Rather than bluster just answer the question. How many games do you go to? Then we can judge how worthy your opinion is because that's the only way to judge players at this level since a few seconds on the football league show is no basis for a reasoned opinion.

He doesn't need to explain. What he is saying is as clear as a bell.

Atkinson has been our best defender all season you clown.

Got to play Gray, got to play Liddle, maybe give Windass a run on the right and Mingoia on the left.

Manager in real danger of losing a lot of the fans support, not because of defeats but the manner of the defeats and his stubbornness to act on what everyone can see are the issues

I have to agree that it's not the losing it's the way we lose especially against teams near the bottom. I still think that Coley is suffering because of the high expectations we had when he came back. Most seasons we would be happy to be in the position we are in just now but we need to start winning and winning well.

We need to have a plan for Saturday and adapt it quickly if things go wrong.
