Not forced to be summat major? from what little i know, theres supposed to be one annually? but thats never been the case, so perhaps there just having one.:D

I thought Peter Marsden was the major shareholder last time I checked?

Just had a quick look at the link and since I last looked something as changed the Strynge family were the major shareholders now it is a Mr. Andrew Holt with 12% and a rise up to 78% among others maybe this is the reason?

it was advertised via the Accrington Observer classifieds.

So who is the Accy Web proxy attendee, and who is going to ask who the heck Andrew Holt is?

There was no mention of a shareholders meeting at the OASSC meeting. last week. I am a share holder so if there is a meeting I will attend.
