Kaid Mohamed
Signed for Bath City for a 10 week period!
Apparently can't play for a football league team until January! |
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Shame thought he looked useful.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Think it's just a loan until January until he can sign for us!
Just hope the paperwork has been correct and he was allowed to play for us when he did! :o |
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Would hope so, but sod all surprises me.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Sounds very odd, hope it's not echoes of the Chris McGrail situation?
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
He hasn't really appeared that much so hopefully is such an error has occurred it will be a fine and not a points deduction, as was with McGrail if memory serves.

Re: Kaid Mohamed
 Played for them and scored yesterday/Saturday...Mohamed on target as City return to winning ways (29/10/15)
City recorded their first Vanarama National League South win since August 29 with a 2-0 victory over Chelmsford City at Twerton Park this afternoon, thanks to a stunning strike from Ben Adelsbury and a goal from Kaid Mohamed on his return to the Romans. Two early saves from Steve Phillips kept the visitors out and on 16 minutes Adelsbury collected the ball 25 yards out before unleashing a great shot that flew past Dibble in the Clarets goal. The visitors created several more good openings but again it was City who were clinical in front of goal as, in first half stoppage time, a corner found its way to Mohamed and he had the time and space to fire home. The second half saw Chelmsford enjoy the majority of possession but it was City who continued to pose the greater attacking threat as Mohamed was denied by good defending and Dave Pratt forced a flying save out of Dibble. In the closing stages Phillips did well again to block Skepelhorn's low shot which allowed City to comfortably see out the game for a much needed three points. |

So we've released him?

Re: Kaid Mohamed
Dan Jewell has tweeted he has left due to long distance travelling and not being able to break into the first team!
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
What the heck did he expect? As a left sided attacker he was never going to shift golden boy from his place in the starting 11. He should have asked Bruna or McCarten how it was going to be.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Mcconville has been playing well the last few weeks!
Scored 3 goals so far, which over a season that ratio would be around 10 goals, not bad for a midfielder! Also 2 of his 3 goals have been winning goals, without them goals we would be 13th in the league! |

Re: Kaid Mohamed
Sounds like he's a bit of a prima donna who's spat his dummy out - if that's so he's a type we can well do without thank you
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Or just a realist who'd rather be playing football than driving up and down the M6.
From the little I saw of him I don't think he offered anything more that the existing squad, but good luck to him. |
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Maybe but he hardly gave it time did he - he's only been here two minutes, surely he knew the distance he'd be travelling before he signed? Seems he expected to be in the team from the off & when that didn't happen he hopped it
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
I thought the lad was worth a start, but no doubt the ass kissers will disagree.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
to be honest i think he was looking to play games before he got fixed up with a league club in January.
I read it on a football league forum before he even played a game for us and they were confused as to how we signed him !! Looks like they were correct :) |
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Shame he came now we're out of the JPT. That would've been his best avenue to showcasing his talents and earning starting place at the moment, given the league table. :)
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
That's always supposing he'd have been eligible to play in the JPT . . . . . . . could've opened a can of worms again?

Re: Kaid Mohamed
Sean has been easily in the top 3 for consistent performances over the last four to five weeks an indeed looks a much better player an much improved from his previous spell IMO , always looks a threat an always looks like he will score goals, also him an Pierros work rate down each side is a joy to watch at the minute, long may it continue.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
Also has 5 assists this season.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
In fairness he has been playing better lately, but its about time,

Re: Kaid Mohamed
If people insist on giving Bruna or McCaratan a start then why not drop Piero?
Afterall he has scored less than "Golden Boy" |
Re: Kaid Mohamed
If yeh think pierros performances have been consistently worse than super mac, yer even dafter than i gave yeh credit for.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
I never questioned Pieros performances but Sean has scored 2 more goals than him.
How bad must Piero be if people are thinking how many more goals Bruna/McCartan and the rest of the team could have got had Sean not been playing! |
Re: Kaid Mohamed
The issue is not whether he has scored 1, 2 or 3 goals in about 18 starts, but the fact that as a serial misser of decent chances he is head and shoulders above any of our other players this season.
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
I thaught with his recent performances that he might have lost the scapegoat tag but clearly not with you redraine! Now it's not luke Joyce or Matt crooks I suppose you have to have a moan about someone. I actually think it's funny the way you constanly moan about him, long may it continue :)
|
Re: Kaid Mohamed
If he maintained consistency, he would never have that tag.Whilst he has been playing much better of late, its a long voyage to consistency yet.
