Doubt if he'd come this far north, he may be 34, but i wouldn't say no fer a season.

no chance of signing the beast. probably end up at some southern non league bankrolled outfit for a final pay day. would like someone like him to come off the bench as a plan b especially at home.

I'd like to say good luck Deano and thanks for the memories. However, joining that shower down t'road revokes any goodwill.

Im fairly sure we've had the best of him and that he is now fast on the road to being an injury hit journeyman.

Could have been a club legend but now forever destined to be another statistic that went to Morecambe to wind down his career.

Sad day, been at Acci since 2009,played nearly 300 games, seen loads of highs and lows -- and a lot of stories I can now tell :)
Probably carry on coming to Acci as its like a drug, with some great fans and friends.

Gutted!! No doubt Dean has his reasons for going but we'll definitely miss him, have enough respect for him to wish him well & hope it works out for him with the Shrimps (but obviously that doesn't include during the 180 minutes he might play against us :))

Change is part and parcel of football. We are likely to lose 2 of our better players in Devitt and Miller but I will wish them well if they do decide to move on. It does seem as though our "takeover" is imminent so hopefully Dean Winnard is the first of a number of good signings.
