FIFA "banned" them 2 years ago; the PL and the FL got a one year extension.

ASFC are now "window to window" with the exception of goalkeepers. (complex rules!!)

It means unless you use 6 my loans, your team had better have cover in every position otherwise you will play a player out of position and possibly one that wasn't really good enough in his purported real position.
It will help sides like my own who have cover in every position and could field to full 11s.
Whilst most may see that as an unfair advantage, finally, having the largest gate by far in the league brings it's benefits to the table.
Players like Bennett, Davies, Naismith etal are not in the first 11.

Premier League haven't had loans allowed at all since the early 2000s, only temporary transfers as they are termed, subject to the transfer window.

Stuff like this will really hurt the smaller clubs.

they couldn,t care a stuff about smaller clubs and never have done. its all about the premier league and the ex premier league clubs in the championship. at least in div.2 most of us are in the same boat RMS Titanic.
