And for biting nails!

And talking of flying bananas, whatever happened to goalies wearing contrasting colours? Was yesterday the second time this season that an away keeper has been allowed to wear red at The Wham?

Outback Ozzie - are you joking about the ref? He had a great game, let the match flow, got most decisions spot on.

We were all saying on the way out, best ref weve had this season.

Gotta give some credit to the Coventry fans as well, 1500 of them and it would seem they were well behaved and made a big effort to drink the bar dry. On their forum it seems they were impressed with the double decker bus bar (im sure i got laughed at for suggesting that a few years back), and our humble surroundings. They were also impressed with the noise offered by a small home crowd. Makes a refreshing change to get a billy big nuts club who appreciate tiny tinpottery and the efforts our club make to compete

So you think it's acceptable to throw a bottle onto the pitch that missed our keeper by inches ?
Adios.

Where exactly has Macca said it's "acceptable to throw a bottle on the pitch"?

Surely he was talking about the Coventry fans in general, not one idiot, so stop trying to twist his words.

Quite sure I said "it would seem they were well behaved"

Obviously no I dont think it's acceptable.

Are you tarnishing 1500 fans as bad uns because one threw something? Bear in mind one of ours threw a pie at Danny Hylton last week (missed and hit Seamus)

Bonsoir

Accybeme - I'll agree that Billy didn't get a free kick every time he fell down like he normally does.

It is a part of Billy's game he could without. If you go to ground to easy and are seen by the officials then you will get nothing. It is almost cheating, Billy does not need to do that, He can hold up and lay off with the best of them. Half a chance and he will score. We could do with more rotation of players instead of relying on the same strikers in particular each week. Hayden was not fully fit for the Coventry game and maybe should have been subbed at half time. However we got 3 valuable points.
