Actually felt we played ok today.
First 40 mins we kept them at arm's length. Maybe Maxted could have done better on both the goals. Second half both teams created chances. Rodgers displayed an improved performance today. Zanzala when came on did not impress me. Bringing on subs was a positive move to try and get back in game.

It sounded ok for the first forty minutes and then calamity set in. We do need a keeper. But most of all we need to score and win like yesterday, We are slipping very quickly now. Some of our players are being found out in this league. John has listened and realised he can't go on with the same system and only one game plan. He has used substitutes early today but alas it didn't work. We need to work differently and better with the players we have. I still think we can survive this drop in form.

The bottom 4 all won today. Oxford have a very winnable game v Rochdale on Tuesday.
If we don’t get a result and the Shews, Bristol and Scunny only get draws, we drop into the relegation zone. We then have have to play 5 of the top 6 in our last 10 games. Simples !

11 games left, that’s the same number that we’ve played since the start of the year. In those 11 games we’ve picked up 7 points from a possible 33.
I think 52 maybe 53 will be needed as I think Bowyer will spark Bradford and OXford might escape.
