This is such sad news for Billy’s faithful supporters. However it must be good news for Billy and his family in that they can now fully focus on their family future without the pressure and high expectations that being a professional football player brings.

For myself and all Stanley fans ?, a plethora of wonderful, thrilling, and lasting memories of a respected son of Accrington Stanley !. For Billy ?, a return to a health situation which will allow him to discover and flower in a happy future for himself and his family !. For the Club ?,Sincere commiserations on losing a truly valuable player at such an early age !. For the Football profession ?, It will most decidedly be diminished in value and quality with the retirement of Billy Kee !. Bon voyage Billy !. 😎 |
