Yes, Ring the club today or tomorrow between 1pm and 6pm (Friday 10am-4pm) with your ST receipt number and we'll give you your code.

Hi Stanleyhouse, that sounds fine but fans will need instructions (help) on how to use the code. For instance, do we enter the code in the "promotional code" box on the payment page?

Many thanks....

So there'll be no problems getting through on the phone then.

You can also call in to the office to redeem your code and there are instructions on web site how to use the code.

Re: Posh-1st game of the seaon

Although I thought I was buying a pass to watch last night’s game, it appears I bought one for the Posh game. All I can guess is that, at 18:45pm, I was too late to register for the Leeds game. Funny, though, it wasn’t too late to take £10.
Who knows as there doesn’t appear to be any general advice or information available.
So, if anyone has any tips on how to actually get to use this pass, and watch the game on an iPad I’d be much obliged.

Might all need to brush up on this I follow as after today's announcement we may be watching on telly for near future.

The club put an update from the EFL on club site at about 12-50 it has since disappeared wonder why ? It was about the new government restrictions and pilot events and future crowds but has gone.

Hi Andyd, I phoned the club today and got my code. I've just redeemed it against the purchase of a video match pass for saturday's home game. Seemed to work OK. Signed in as usual selected the match pass, entered my promotional code clicked apply and the payment summary showed cost £10 less discount £10 with a payable figure of £0. I still had to enter card details and enter pay but don't think I've been charged anything as the amount due was £0. The confirmation email I've received from iFollow confirms a £nil charge. I'll double check my credit card account but I think its worked OK.

Sorry for all this detail, hopefully it may help others who haven't redeemed their codes yet. Hope you get your's sorted with iFollow or the club. There is an email address for iFollow queries which you can see when you log into your account.

Re: Posh-1st game of the seaon

I think the team might pick itself for tomorrow as on Tuesday night the 18 were the only fit plus 3 available squad of 29, Finley banned, McConville,Sherif,Perritt out long term injuries. Mohammed, Ogle, Pritchard and Bishop maybe back to training that leaves 21, Martin, Bolton and Stowe the only fit ones left out of Tuesdays 18 unless there is a signing today.

It was a good help for us ‘i follow’ novices. Your recounting of the process took the tension out of the process when I did it! So thank you Crown Grounder.
