It's just for leagues 1 and 2 unlike the £250 mill., bailout ( loan) offered in the other plan overwhelmingly thrown out by the premiership, at least this looks like it will be delivered along with plans for independent regulators among other things being discussed on future shake ups of the game which rules out the big 6 getting all their own way. This money will be just in time as well because looking like after Dowden,s rambling,s this morning no fans this season.
