Looks like Ian Craney will go into the starting line up and take his place

Or is Ged Brannan fit yet??

Re: Barnet on Saturday

We got a lot of depth in centre mid

Re: Barnet on Saturday

I would play Rockie in midfield to add some bite - Brannan is too lightweight for me, I'm afraid.
Play 4-4-2 with Smithy at the back with Flynn.
Cav and young Chris at full back.
Flitcroft, Robbie, Craney and Jaggers in midfield.
The front 2 pick themselves and JK back in goal if fit.
Frightening! (for Barnet).
Go for it!!!!

Re: Barnet on Saturday

Oops!

Rory as supersub to come on after Chris Butler exhausts himself with several incisive thrusts down the wing. Suitable changes at the back and midfield - plenty of options.

My team would be

Crichton

Cavanagh
Williams
Flynn
Butler

Craney
Jagielka
Brannan
Prendergast

McEvilly
Mullin

I can...

I still think Danny is best 'keeper we've got from what I've seen (albeit I only see home games)
Crighton has still yet to impress me... maybe it's because he has such a long way to travel to IES??
But, then, I remember Frank Swift, closely followed by Bert Trautmann!!!!

Well, erm, yes, just did as you suggested...
If that was representative of the whole game, I hold my hand up.. looks like he had a blinder..

Hope he continues in same vein when at IES, 'cos, as I said, I can't get to away games, & would love to see him prove me wrong.
Can only comment on what I see, unlike others on this site!!

How can people think Crichton is no good, he has played brilliant for us, yes he has made mistakes but so does every keeper

Didn't say he was no good... just that he has failed to impress me.. at the IES.

Unfortunately, his mistakes tend to be remembered..and there have been many.(at the IES)
