I'll tell you something folks - it's an inspiration to me. I've known I need to lose weight for ages but even havng joined the Healthy Heart thing it's difficult to keep motivated with excercise when I'm up to my ears in a million and one other things. I shall caption this:

"You too can have a body like mine"

and that should give me the incentive to keep trying not to!

LESS why only 80 ackers, you got 93 acker off me and the 77 ackers YOU lost trying to get them, so FULL total is 170 ackers Not 80......
