I can only guess around the Scaitcliffe area around Platt's Lodge way or the old site of the Scaitcliffe Pit .. seems to be a crane in the background.

Is that not one that looks like it is leaning against the white building to the left, half way down of the picture ?... course could be a window cleaner's ladder I suppose..:D
