Cheers - my question was a shot in the dark, thanks for confirming that - I worked for him for about 2 weeks it was hard work - too hard! It wasn't the work but the low lives that tended to work for him.

I asked the lads who the house was for and they told me it was some Asian family.

Re: Raymond Tattersall
Sorry, Kath, seems you may have learnt a little more than you expected about Ray.
Seems you were quite close at one time.
I really hope that this thread gives you some help.
I wil try & see if I can I can find out more for you.
Thank you for your kind comments about the bedrooms I built, I really wish I could have continued & built the kitchen also, but, by that time, I had lost all confidence as to whether I would I be paid in a correct & proper manner!!!

Re: Raymond Tattersall
I have been friends with Ray for over 40 years. He owns a property near Burnley, and one in South Africa where he is at the moment. The house here is currently up for sale, and I think when it is sold he will stay in South Africa. He pops back from time to time and always calls to see us.I will pass all these messages on when he appears .He does not have internet or mobile phone. He did not have a brain tumour but needed surgery in Liverpool from which he made a full recovery I hope you find this info useful
