Maybe we can all collect them and take them to the next meet to make the ball  I've had one at the front door for several days just keep walking past it, will pick it up and save it next time.

Would sooner our Post Office personnel stopped flicking their lassy bands around our streets...hope one gets fined by an over enthusiastic local plod. Wonder if this is becoming a nationwide issue with the posties

Maybe they're has hacked off has most other people who work in public services, doesn't excuse it though.
