i have a lot of change,s to make for 2009, first the weight , iv,e had alot on my mind over the last few years , now its time i started lookin after myself , then once im were i want to be try givin up smokin again , good luck everyone who are goin to try and make change,s in the new year ................xxxxx

Well on on a mission to do more excersise. Not gonna promise myself a strict diet or anything like that but going to aim small and if I hit bug it,ll be a bonus.
Ive done the quit smoking bit and have mastered that 15 month ago, now its time for target number two and try to shed the pounds I put on when I stopped smokin.. Yayyyy bring on the new year |
