This Oswaldtwistle land mark as been a service to the people and the visitors to Ossy for a very very long time, and its a shame that another thing in Ossy is either bust or neglected. I personally think the council should contribute towards the clocks repairs so that we can hear its chime once more. They could of used the money they wasted in making the war memorial look like a roller disco. Come on Mr Britcliffe I know you read these posts 'BRING BACK THE CHIMES'.
