I think some people are having a go at panther in the immediate replies. I don't think she has issues. Or that using the word pervert to describe someone convicted of having sex with a child is a bit strong.

I will say again sex with a minor is illegal.
Now in terms of age when someone is tellling you that if you don't participate something bad will happen , then as far as I am concerned no matter what age that amounts to rape. If you are forced by guilt or verbal abuse it is still wrong no matter what age you are.

, when i think about it, if it was my daughter he wouldnt have gone to prison...he'd be in hospital getting it sewn back on...then again id have thrown it to the dogs!!

if somone knowingly has sex with somone uderage then yes they are a pervert but if some poor sod picks somone up under age in a night club or whatever and is led to believe that person is older than they actually are then no that person is not a pervert

this guy in ossy was clearly a pervert but many people have found themsleves infront of a judge because they were lied to, i know one guy who met a girl in a night club when he was 23 and thought he had taken a 18 year old girl home when infact she was only 15 .When her mum found out she rang the police and had the lad arrested and when in court the girl was in her school uniform which was a far cry from the type of clothing she was wearing to get into the night club

luckily he avoided prison as the judge had common sense

this is my point exactly panther GIRLS CAN BE SNEAKY, you cant blame the parents, some girls at that age love the attention, this is what i said earlier, you cant blame the bouncers, they check ID if the girl looks younger than 18, if she is tarted up and looks over 18 then they wont check her

but again, no one listens to me

This is why they should put night clubs or even pubs up to 21, that way a 15 year old wont be able to get in

and what if she still looks over 21? my mate has a son, he is 15 and 6ft 2, he went to the bowling alley the other week with his 25 year old sister, the bloke behind the bar refused to serve Joanne and went on to ask Sean what he wanted...he was going to serve a 15 year old with alcohol, Joanne was gobsmacked and had to go home to get some ID

it doesnt always work on age panther, just the look of someone can make them seem older

Like i said my daughter is 15, nearly 6ft, put makeup on her then yeh she would pass for 18 but not 21, but when she starts being herself then you'd know she wasnt 18.
I cant understand how people cant tell a kid when they see one, i can spot em, so why cant everybody else?.....

there are a lot of girls out there that look and act older than what they are and lets face it theres a lot of parents out there who happily let the pub take over from the playstation regarding parenting

any parent with any sense would check out any story their child provided that meant them either coming back realy late or staying over night somewhere

as for picking up an 18 year old sadly those days are gone for me unless i win the lottery and then i will be surrounded by them in my mansion because if your rich then the rules change a little and you are no longer a dirty old man but a lucky sod
