Re: Palladium, Ossy - work going on
There has, as they say, a recent application for demolition by Everlux Electronics (the owners) in about 28 days ? Saw it the other day .. but Hyndburn's site down at the moment.. can't copy.
Think they may have been taking out the last of the interior fittings or something. Was a large skip there during the week.

Do you think that sign is from HBC Kate or just reproduced by the company

Re: Palladium, Ossy - work going on
The 'Demolition' and 'For Sale' signs are still in place, but the 'Palladium' wording and all the surrounding concrete has been removed, leaving the brickwork, also, the roof has been repaired, which seems strange if it's going to be demolished.

Re: Palladium, Ossy - work going on
Previously, there was a gaping hole in the roof with pigeons flying in and out, but now it looks fine!

Ok ... they were definintely taking slates off though this week. It was on the two lower bits, not the main roof, if you understand.
Maybe they don't wish to be accused of killing off any wild life when they start the major demolition ...
