Lol, oh dear. l originally posted the full quote then realised l'd better not post my Mum's name. Then Park381 posted quoting me before l edited, quick pm later he too kindly edited my Mum's name out. Now it's happened again!

C'est la vie!

Re: Rhyddings park history ??

I do apologise Garinda. It never occured to me that you would object to the names being mentioned on here as you yourself had directed people to look at the photograph and the names were there large as life for all to see in the comment underneath, and the fact that you had posted the name Ernest Martin in full.

I shall edit my post and then if Park381 edits my quote in his they will not appear here at least but in order to prevent any possible future repetition perhaps you'd better ask for the names to be removed from the original website.

Unfortunately once something is on the net it's there for all the world to see and actually drawing people's attention to it gives the impression that you have no problems with the content.

Re: Rhyddings park history ??

I hope the people, who will be involved in restoring rhyddings park take the time to look at some of the old photo's on ossygobbin's web site. There are some excellent photo's on there of what the park used to be like.

If the toilets are as bad as you say, HBC should not be indicating on their website that there are toilets, very misleading don't you think.
