Stanhill factory fire

Just heard that the old factory at top of stanhill has been on fire, anyone know about it.

I was parked on Union Rd Ossy (Moorend) at 5pm and two fire engines came past going in that direction.
My son and family live in Stanhill but I can't ring him at this late hour to find out.
He lives on Nab Lane behind the Stanhill pub directly opposite the old pickle factory, so if that has been on fire he wouldn't be able to access Nab Lane by car until the fire engines left.

oooo my dads fiance lives right next door to the factory, she stayed at my dads last night, i wonder if she knows about it

Saves on demolition costs i suppose for when they build the new houses

I used to work at the pickle factory in the 60s, My Mum use to make the tea and I was in the warehouse, we would go across the road for our dinner good times
