It could be, though that wouldn't be in Ossy, and I can't see any water on the map.

You've done better than me though, it's been bugging me and I've drawn a blank with my searches.

I home it's not a misprint on the postcard and it's actually somewhere in Derbyshire.

It's not in Ossy now but could it have been in 1909? Here's a current map showing the area (courtesy of Mario again), could it be one of the three reservoirs?

I think you may have cracked it. It is more hilly over there, and like you say the boundaries may have changed.

You could be right Yerself, There’s a Windy Harbour Farm North of Holden Wood Res.
