is it 60 kbps or 60 kBps(the size of teh B matters). Its all down to bandwidth shaping. Basically ISPs know what port numbers that P2P uses and 'restrict' that traffic so it doesn't cause other users problems. Its all stated in their 'fair use policies'

It`s a big B what`s the diff ?
Should I randomise port each time Utorrent starts ?
Fair use policies ?

little b = bits
big B = bytes, 8 bits make 1 byte (4 bits make a nibble believe it or not)

60KBps is ~ a 512KByte line.

No point in trying to get round it, they are cleverer than that.

Fair use policies - Yep, all that small print you skipped before siging up
