Broadband websites..
So, I'm new to broadband this week. Of course it's good on normal sites but I want to see what it can really do. Can anyone recommend any broadband specific or broadband abusing websites. The only thing NTL offers me is a few news videos from the bbc, which I think is completely pants!

Re: Broadband websites..
Top things to do with your broadband (in no particular order)
1. Listening to live music Winamp Music
I reccomend Digitally Imported Radio for this but its all down to personal choice.
2. Playing Online Games, I reccomend counterstrike other games are of course available
3. Downloading movies music etc. This is illegal and not something i condone. However its a great use of that bandwith and NO bandwith should go to waste.
4. Watching live porn. not something i do often however it is what the internet was invented for right? RIGHT?
5. Reading the latest quotes at bash.org
6. Trying to see how many of the people on chavscum look like people from accrington
7. Writing your own websites like my very own c2max
Have fun

Re: Broadband websites..
The 1 link i took out was 1 that was talked about by busman
there was a problem with anyone on dialup it took you to a premium phone number
all the links put on are checked before they are allowed to stay

Re: Broadband websites..
You changed your post Mick, I was talking about the "I am bored" link that was removed.

Pixie put in a link to something like that in the anything goes section but when Busman spotted the premium charges problem pixie herself edited the link out. The post is still there without the link. I'm not sure what the site was because I didn't see it. There is a site with a name along the lines of 'bored' which just shows links to loads of different websites and as far as I know there aren't any problems with that. If I can find it I'll let you know.

Re: Broadband websites..
I don't think that can be the same one that Busman was talking about because on that one you had to agree to some terms and conditions which ended up linking to a premium phone line. There is another site just called www.bored.com and I think that one is OK too.

Re: Broadband websites..
Mick I think we are on different sites here, I was talking about Poodles first post in this thread, "Top things to do with your broadband (in no particular order)". There was orginally a top 8 sites, the 8th being a link to http://www.i-am-bored.com/ this link was removed and I thought it was you as it says "Last edited by mick : Yesterday at 11:51." if it was Poodle that removed it sorry Mick for thinking it was you.
Personally I thought it was a good site and spent some time in tears reading and watching some items I found.
