It' o.k. J' I've checked I don't use one of them, so no need to change because I use all of them.

Always try to make sure they are at least 8 charcters long and also contain differnet values too, like Bl4hBl4h_0000 or something equally sinister, that way even if its something simple like your dogs name it can still be 5h3p_5678 instead of just shep_5678, you get what I mean

if you use a number in it the press the shift key while typing the first number so you get a special character. Use a capital for the first letter in it as well and you should have a good password.

without wanting to be accused of another thread wander, this article was in my morning paper ..... seems there is can be a problems when a person dies and his/her passwords are "lost"
